Painting

At our state-of-the-art paint shop, we offer high-quality industrial paint finishes specifically for the mechanical and plant engineering sectors. We coat workpieces weighing up to 1 tonne and measuring up to 5.5 metres in length – with precision, durability and in line with your requirements. Whether it’s a primer, functional coating or corrosion protection: our paint finishes ensure optimum surface quality, provide reliable protection and meet the highest standards of durability.

Powder coating

For durable and hard-wearing surfaces, we offer high-quality powder coatings – tailored to the specific material and application. The foundation of every coating is the right pre-treatment: depending on the material, we use degreasing, phosphating, chromating or mechanical blasting methods such as sandblasting or glass bead blasting.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

In the field of sheet metal working, we draw on a strong network of partners to ensure flexible and timely delivery – from laser cutting to chamfering. Further processing takes place entirely in-house: whether welding, surface treatment or assembly. This enables us to produce precise components and assemblies from a single source – efficiently, seamlessly integrated and ready for the next stage of your manufacturing process.

Mechanical manufacturing

In our state-of-the-art mechanical production facility, we machine workpieces up to 4 metres in length – with precision and efficiency. Equipped with a high-performance machine park and several 3D coordinate measuring machines, we guarantee the highest dimensional accuracy and consistent quality.

In our assembly department, we assemble a wide variety of sub-assemblies and complete machines – with precision and reliability, across all sectors. Thanks to our flexible approach, it doesn’t matter which industry the components come from. Whether it’s a one-off production run or series assembly – we ensure everything runs smoothly right through to final commissioning and delivery.

Pneumatic assembly

Our assembly department specialises in the professional installation of pneumatic systems – from individual components to complete machines. Valves, cylinders, pipes and control systems are fitted and tested in strict accordance with specifications.

Hydraulic installation

We assemble hydraulic components and systems with the utmost precision. Whether it’s pressure lines, valve blocks or complete drive units – our assembly experts ensure leak-proof connections and fully functional units.

Electrical installation

Our electrical assembly services cover the complete wiring and integration of sub-assemblies, sensors, drives and control systems. We work to plan, test in accordance with standards – and ensure that your machine is delivered safe and ready for operation.

Control panel construction

In our control cabinet manufacturing division, we build and wire custom control cabinets – from small enclosures to complex control units. Every unit is manufactured exactly to the customer’s specifications, with functionality tested.
